How to keep busy in the minutes between orders?

I just started a new job at a local coffee shop and I am really stoked. The problem is, the boss is really tough, and hates it when people stand around, and will yell if he sees people doing so. There are a lot of prices to memorize, so I feel really overloaded already. Since I am new, I'm not familiar with all the busywork that should fill the minutes between drink orders, and no one seems to want to tell me all the things that need to be done in the downtime. So if I stand there for 10 or so seconds brainstorming on things to do, then the boss thinks I'm standing around and will yell at me. The only things they've told me how to do is stock cups, fill the espresso grinders, and wipe things down. Any ideas of what other things need to be done at a coffee shop to spare me being yelled at? Obviously I will figure it out with time and experience, and I won't be standing around once I know the ropes, but until then I just need some ideas! Anyone?

How can I remove the bundle of trojan viruses under tdssmqlt.sys from my PC?

The version of windows used on the PC is Windows XP Home Edition. The viruses prevent me from downloading software from the internet that has to do with removing viruses. I transferred many antivirus software programs from another computer to the infected PC. So far I tried most of the free antivirus/anti-malware software available: AVG, A-Squared, avast!, Ad-Aware, Avira, and Spyware Doctor. Some of the antivirus programs failed to work because the viruses stopped them from accessing the internet to get updated. Other antivirus programs, Ad-Aware by Lavasoft and AVIRA, recognized the viruses and allowed me to click the delete on, but a message came up that the viruses can only be deleted by restarting the computer. After restarting the computer, the viruses were still there. I scanned the PC with Avira, and after scanning for hidden malware, it showed me the names of the bundled trojans located in C:\windows\system32\drivers\tdssmqlt.sys… Some of the trojans in the bundle are TR/Agent.439, TR/Crypt.ZPACK.Gen, and TR/Rootkit.Gen to name three out of about six trojans shown by Avira. The trojan viruses are also hidden. I tried searching my PC in the location in the C drive to delete them, and I was unable to locate them. Now, what should I do to get rid of the trojan viruses after all of my failed attempts at removing them?

PLEASE READ IT ALL. Well to start off last year on September 27. My sister ped away. She had a little girl named Bella that is the most adorable girl ever, she is 2 years old . Well the guy that she was with is not suitable to have a child of his own, he is a major drug addict does pills, crack, you name it. In the past my sister had a lot of things done to her and needed medicine to help her cope with things, and also was in a few car wrecks and had pain medicine to help with her pain. But with those things mixed she would p out sometimes or be all loopy. shes had a lot of problems in her life. But the guy she was with was worse, he drug her into other drugs and did things to her while she was ped out. He said a lot of times when she would be ped out that he was not taking care of her anymore, and that the next time she would do that he would just leave her there to die and take the baby. (And we have people that have heard him say that) Well the day he decided to just leave her there was the day she ped away. Well he has been getting worse, hes always drinking and just leaving the baby at places for months at times and just comes back whenever he remembers her.He does not let us see her at all and He goes off smoking crack and doing all kinds of other drugs. He suddenly just said that hes going to be going to New York to be with some random lady that he met off the internet , and that hes bringing Bella with him. Bella gets money every month because of her mom ping away to help her get things and have things she needs.Well he takes that money and spends it on him self while she is gone months at a time. He also has cooked crack in the house while Bella was just in the other room. This man.. well he doesn't even deserve to be called a man, this person does not need to be around or even be near Bella. Really painful stabbing sensations in my lower left back?

Actually more than likely it is not cancer. She should let her OBGYN know because they will want to check her out to make sure its not serious though (it usually isn't). They will usually do a sonogram and check her uterus and ovarys. They will do an internal exam to check her cervix-sometimes a polyp in the cervix can cause bleeding, sometimes it is a hormonal issue, and sometimes it just happens and may never happen again. Her doctor may suggest doing an endometrial biopsy. That is a procedure where the doctor goes into the endometrium and gets a sample to test. (It is done in the office and does involve some pain and cramping) This can detect cancer but usually has normal or post menopausal changes. Also if the endometrium (lining around the uterus) gets too thick, that can cause the bleeding as well. Anyway most likely its no big deal but she should definitely get it checked out to be sure:)

How long is normal before surgery is performed on a gallbladder disease?

I was diagnosed with a malfunctioning gallbladder three days ago. I have been in severe pain with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation for four weeks. I have been in the ER at the same hospital 3 times in the last two weeks and each time I go its a 6 to 9 hour wait and the doctors just give me 20 pain pills and send me home, saying if the pain worsens or symptoms change to come back. The pain has steadily increased and I have lost over 30 lbs within this time span until 20 5/500 vicodin last only about 3 days (I take two every four hours just to lessen the pain to the point of being able to move). I set up a surgical consultation today, the 8th of march, and was told the earliest appointment for just the consultation was March 29th, three weeks away. I have no insurance, but have received a discount through the hospital, but this leaves me with no primary care physician and the earliest date to meet with a potential primary is in late april, way past the point where it will do me any good for this. I am sick, unable to sleep or eat, and in constant, debilitating pain and am not sure how I am going to make it another three weeks this way. Is it normal to have to wait this long between diagnosis and treatment for gallbladder problems? What can I do to speed up the process besides calling every day in hopes of a cancellation?

Red fluid is leaking from my xbox is it a common problem?

i bought a new xbox360 from the store. i hooked the xbox to my tv and powered it up. about 30 miniutes later the xbox disk drive began making strange noises. on further inspection i noticed a small pool of thick red sulfuric-smelling liquid under the xbox. i then unplugged and moved the xbox, when i picked it up about a 3/4 cup of the liquid began dripping out of the vents. i let the xbox dry out and tried to plug it in but i got 3 flashing red lights and the console would not play. is this a common problem for an xbox? and is the liquid dangerous because my cat may have licked it?

If you have tried all the alternatives and you dont want to reformat then I would suggest running a system fix. You boot off of the windows disc and instead of reformatting you have windows rewrite its core files and drivers. You wont lose any current software. Anther thought would be to download the latest usb drivers from the manufacture. Good luck.

Question about gas fireplace?

I have two gas fireplaces, with metal tubes that run parallel to each other vertically. At the top, they are encased in a chimney chase. A foot from the top is a surrounding crown that surrounds the two tubes and is hollow on the inside. My question is this: Every year, wasps make nests in this hollow space (there is a two inch opening at the top and a one inch opening in the bottom). Is it safe to spray in Great Stuff foam (the high temperature one), on the inside of this hollow? I'm not sure how hot the tubes get at that height (maybe 200 degrees), and I cannot afford to have the chase replaced. Thank you for your advice

My fiance and I are trying to concieve. I was pretty confident that i was pregnant a lil after the beinging of july, we are not at the very end of july. I've always found that a problem but my mother found a solution. In shoe stores you can buy gel pads which you stick to the shoe and they cushion the of your feet. There invisible and reuseable. They really do make it a lot more comfortable to wear heels, i don't know what i'd do without them. I definitely recommend looking into them.

Over the last few years I have looked at many different methods of developing inner peace, and mind contol(meditation, tai chi, mantras, proverbs, ancient knowledge, religion etc). One of the best ways I have found, is the importance of managing internal stimuli ie negative thoughts, intrusive thoughts, feelings and emotions. One of the methods is simply-meditation style-ignoring these games of the mind ie not energising. Trying not to think internally ie keeping focussed on whats around you etc, rather than focused internally/on self. Any thoughts on this? Is it best to simply not think about self, and let the brain/mind do its thing? Almost a paradox-to get the best from the mind requires stopping your thoughts? Going back to the ER will get you no-where because you probably need to see a specialist (or your doctor who manages your ITP) and they do not have specialists in the ER - only ER doctors. The dark room represent death. In The Raven the raven can be seen as a basic interpretation of death. The fall oh the house of usher is chock full of interpretations. One thing you should know in case you don't is that the sister's disease is one that makes her seem dead but is not. People interpret this story many ways. One is that the sister is a vampire. It may seem ridiculous but in the end the brother becomes frail and weak while she has the power to get out of the dungeon and out of her coffin. Their roles are reversed from the stronger one being the brother to him becoming the weaker one. Also, there is great symbolism in the fact the narrator first sees the house in the puddle, then sees the house. At the end of the story, when the house falls, he sees the house fall into its reflection. This is also backwards. The title itself, The Fall of the House of Usher, when Poe used the word house he could have been referring to the structural foundation or the family itself.
