What do I do if I think I've got the swine flu?

Its already night time where i am and i am home alone. I have throat aches & body aches, headaches and fever. right now i cannot get to a health spot. but i was wondering if anyone out there knows and measures i could take if it is swine flu until in the morning when i could get some itance
