What is the address of Lawrence Cottage, from the Kennedy Chappaquid incident?

Trying to find the exact location (address) of the house Kennedy was partying in the night of the Chappaquid indident in 1969, on Martha's Vineyard. Articles mention a volunteer fire department was 150 yards from Lawrence cottage. I can't find the cottage or the fire department on any maps - wonder if the building that housed the fire department in 1969 is still there?
