My email won't let my granddaughters emails in my inbox, she says it doesn't let her send me things?

Generally it's a address error. For some addresses they are case sensitive and have to be typed in exactly the way you set it up. For example: lower case,uppercase letter etc.. also make sure addreess is in your contact list so it doesn't go to spam, bulk or get deleted.
