Which course having great scope in M.E after B.E in aeronautical?

Im doing final year aeronautical engineering. Since Im interested in CAD/CAM, I have planned to join M.E CAD/CAM. Can I do that course after my B.E Aeronautical.. how about the job opportunities and scope for M.E CAD/CAM. List the no. of best colleges providing M.E CAD/CAM in chennai.
