I wanna make an item that will "swarm" someone when I speak their name and damage/push them until I say stop?

Im a big fan of Second Life but Im a beginner and Im always in a Sandbox building something or experimenting. Lately Ive been noticing(or being targeted) more and more and more of these useless "griefers"(I think theyre called) or theyll be some a*shole who will wanna test his new gun on some random person. So in response to this I wanna make an item that can "resolve" this problem. Now I have close to maybe... A hundred scripts Ive either stolen from items Ive dismantled or Ive found on the internet but none of them will do the job... Anyone wanna help me?
