Similar, no. If you steal concepts, names, places, copy the plot, characters, or God forbid some of the word-for-word story, then yes. The concept of anthropomorphic animals is not a new one and not original to Brian Jacques, so I wouldn't worry about it. The demons in my book are anthropomorphic, it's certainly nothing new to the genre. Good luck.
