I am doing a 200m sprint relay on astro turf. What kind of cleats should I wear?

You should have a coach who tells you! I would bring both 9 mm and 11mm ones with the wrench to put them on. I also have runners with 9mm plastic spikes that I would bring in case they were fussy.
