A swollen knee?!?!?!?!?

@t school, i kneed someone, @nd she is indestruct@ble, so i didn't hurt her, but I hurt myself bec@se when I did it, she w@s moving, so I kneed her in @ re@lly weird pl@ce, well @nyw@y, my knee st@rted to swell, @nd I don't know wh@t to do to m@ke the swelling go down, @nd @lso, my mom doesn't know @bout it, @nd everytime I get hurt, she tells me to suck it up, @nd I h@ve been on crutches 3 times, so I don't w@nt to be on crutches @g@in, @nd I don't know how to tell her @bout bec@use @pp@rently to her, I whine @ lot, so she might not beleive me @nd t@ke it seriously, how should I tell my mom, @nd wh@t c@n I do to m@ke it feel better
