I Am The Messenger (Markus Zusak) ending?

i love that book, it is now my favorite. but yea i didnt like the ending, the book was so meaningful, i could talk about how it moved me forever, with milla and sophie and the priest. but the ending didnt fulfill the book, it didnt make sense that some random guy would set up all of that, just because he can. but a least ed and audery got together-- he taught her to love, and marven with his daughter.
