Anynone help(again)? my laptop cant read usb devices(including its built in card reader)?

If you have tried all the alternatives and you dont want to reformat then I would suggest running a system fix. You boot off of the windows disc and instead of reformatting you have windows rewrite its core files and drivers. You wont lose any current software. Anther thought would be to download the latest usb drivers from the manufacture. Good luck.
