Where do I shop for Jeans?

I'm 5'11,and a size 4. I have to wear jeans with a 37 inch inseam. Where do I shop for jeans this long, or pants in general. I've tried "The Buckle", but they are way too expensive!! I do shop at Alloy and Delia's, but where else should I check out? I need more places to choose from.
