This question is for someone in the law field only please?

My husband's ex-wife once before accused my children of molesting their children. We went to court and found out she had been coaching her children to say they were molested. She is continuing to slander my children name. She calls saying my children are rapists. This is not true. Can I file charges even if I don't have it recorded on tape but my husband heard it and her kids. She is already serving weekend jail and 2 years probation for fraud and forgery.
