Can I put my carnival fish, my telescope fish, and my other gold fish i dont know the name of in the same tank?

I have a 10 gallon tank for them, the food pebbles not flakes, a filter, and water neutralizer in their tank and they are still living after about a week so far... other than if it's okay for them to be in the same tank together but how often to i have to take care of it and how?
