I have valid UAE visa but i am not going back to UAE and im trying to go kuwait for job.Is this possible?

I dont like to go back to UAE now and i wana search job in Kuwait and if i get chance to go kuwait is it possible without cancelling my UAE visa.Pls help me dear friends
