In Fallout NV after i convinced Oliver to leave it freezes. How can I fix this?

This is in Hoover Dam, I was on the legion's side. I convinced him to leave with 100 speech but when I go through the door where I came from it loads and nothing happens. I can still look around but I can't move or activate anything.
