I thought Canadian foods were healthy, but now....?

Well us real Canadians don't just live off of Red Eye, ya know. Here is a Canadian recipe: get a bag of ketchup flavoured potato chips and crush them up in a large mixing bowl. Add some small rocks for fiber and a chunk of ice from the river. Pour maple syrup on top and leave in a warm place for five days to ferment. Then add some fresh green spruce buds for health benefits. This is what I eat every day and I can run up a mountain really fast and then chop down a tree!
