I finished my M.Sc,M.Phi in Zoology,i like to do Ph.D in Distance education any university but valuable.pls?

I am 25 years old girlfinished my M.Sc,M.Phil Zoology in India.Ped in distinction.I like to do my Ph.D in zoology through distance education any foreign university.please suggest me to do,because i have noticed some online ph.D degree.Its duration is just one - two weeks,i dont think so it is valuable and also very expensive too.Please tell me the subjects which is relevant to me and also the university which has opening in this subjects.kindly think over that it should me too expensive because i myself want to spend for my studies.subjects may be even in Psycology that is with out any practical experiments only written works not like in genetics or biotechnology with many practical works.etc.I have get the degree that is my aim.This my first try in yahoo answers.Kindly sugguest me to take up the right one.
